Welcome to Treni.
These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of the Treni mobile application. Treni is an independent trivia game in which you identify metro and rail stations along the lines of real-world transit systems, intended for entertainment and educational purposes only.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the App. Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The App, including its source code, design, user interface, graphics, original artwork, text, and the "Treni" name and logo is owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the App, except to the extent this is permitted by mandatory law or by the third-party licenses described in Section 2.
Any references to real-world metro and transit systems are made for identification and descriptive purposes only. Treni is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any metro operator or transit authority. Any related names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Some content in the App, in particular map artwork and station data, has been adapted from third-party sources under their respective licenses (including Creative Commons licenses such as CC BY-SA). The required attributions and full license texts are available within the App (Settings → Licenses & attributions) and in our public licenses repository. Where a source license requires it (for example, CC BY-SA "ShareAlike"), the corresponding derivative map artwork is made available under the same license in that repository.
The App also incorporates third-party software and services, including the Google Mobile Ads SDK and the Google User Messaging Platform, which are subject to their own terms and licenses.
The App is provided on an "as is" basis. Station names, map layouts, line geometry, and other transit information are simplified for gameplay. The App must not be relied upon for real-world navigation, route planning, or travel. As stated above, Treni is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any metro operator or transit authority.
